What do you get?

• We will provide a curated program of pop/rock/alternative style music based on information provided by the director. All music is provided as part of the program.
  • We can provide programming for 1-4 groups based on your needs
  • We can work with all ability levels
  • You have the option of music to feature with solos for advanced students
• Professionally produced practice tracks provided for both student and classroom use
• Professionally produced practice videos with RIO staff to address sections of challenging pieces, targeted at specific parts (if needed)
• Rehearsal and practice timeline and rehearsal suggestions
  • RIO will also provide an outline schedule for dress rehearsal / concert day
• Masterclass workshop rehearsals with RIO Conductors the weekend of your concert
• Fully produced concert including professional sound production, including seamless integration of backing tracks to bolster your performance and add that pop!
• Concert t-shirts and Backstage VIP Name Tag lanyards for dress rehearsal and concert night
  • If you have program sponsors or donors they can be added to the back of the shirt!

• Rock Infused Orchestra does not provide lighting for your venue.
  • Schools with an auditorium manager that can provide lights for the show can save program costs by going this route. If you want a full light show for your concert we recommend contracting a local stage lighting specialist.
  • Any contracted Lighting Specialists must be insured and bonded for RIO to put students on stage with special lighting effects. Proof of Lighting Specialists credentials should be submitted prior to the show date.
• Rock Infused Orchestra does not provide or create a physical program for your concert. We provide the set list for the show and the concert order. If you would like to provide your audience with a program you may certainly do so if you choose to, design and printing will be the school’s responsibility. Any copyright RIO logos or images need to be approved by RIO staff before printing. 
• Rock Infused Orchestra does not provide supervision for students. Directors are responsible for having enough staff and volunteers to help make sure the day runs smoothly.
