Have you ever wanted to play in a rock band?
Here is your chance..Rock Infused Orchestra forms every summer to work musically as a group to put on a final concert production.
Since 1999 this performance-based music camp stretches the limits of every musician—at every level.
Work on music that is recognizable by the masses while honing your individual technique and musical skill.
RIO is lead by a staff of professional musicians that are passionate about what they do. They will bring the best out of you and help you advance musically in a one-of-a-kind music camp experience.
Each musician will have the experience of large and small group rehearsals focusing on all aspects of music technique, articulation, dynamics, artistry, ensemble playing, choreography, and more.
The camp culminates with a final rockin’ performance on the big stage!

Rehearsals:
Completed Grades 2-8: 5:00-6:15pm
Completed Grades 9 and above: 6:30-8pm
Rehearsal time will be confirmed for each student after June 1.

RIO Fox Valley 2026 Concert Information
Date: Thursday, August 6, 2026
Location: Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh, WI
Concert Times: 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM
Yes, there are two concert performances! All musicians participating in the 2026 RIO Fox Valley Summer Program will perform in both concerts. The concert program will be identical for each performance; we simply offer two showtimes to accommodate a larger audience.
A pizza dinner will be provided for all musicians between the two performances.
Concert Day Schedule
Although the concerts take place in the evening, musicians will need to arrive earlier in the day for on-stage dress rehearsals.
We have not finalized the exact arrival times for each group, but as a general estimate:
- Classic Rock and Hard Rock musicians should expect an arrival time between 12:00 PM and 12:30 PM.
- Early Rock and Progressive Rock musicians should expect an arrival time of approximately 2:00 PM.
Please note that these times are subject to change as we get closer to concert day. However, we wanted to share these estimates now so families can plan ahead and avoid scheduling conflicts.

HARD ROCK AUDITION INFO
HARD ROCK is the most advanced performance group in our program. This is for the highest level players and BY AUDITION ONLY. No Exceptions. Please see info below and let us know if you have any questions.
If you wish to audition for HARD ROCK - you must complete registration by FRIDAY MAY 22 (midnight)
CONCERT Tickets Available June 13 @ 8 am
All concerts are ticketed. Ever person from 0 to 107 needs a ticket. No refunds or exchanges on tickets...please don't ask.
